Flora: As the lands of Arcanterra began to form, and the waters of the sea washed over them, the first plants began to stretch their roots across the rocky surface. Soon, most of the earth was covered in grasslands, and soon after that, forests began to shoot out from the ground. Trees of all sizes began to spurt, reaching the clouds above. From the rocks and the grass and the woods of trees grew a being who was tasked with guarding the growth and formation of Arcanterra’s woodlands. Flora, a primordial being of the forest, awoke to a world in which still had much to make. From saplings that stretch out on rocky cliffs to giant redwoods that tower above the tallest monument, Flora commands the power of nature, a testament to the strength of the natural world. Throughout the ages, she has assisted many cultures in foraging for food, harvesting resources and sustaining the regrowth of fauna throughout Arcanterra. While fearful in looks, she has a genuine interest in helping those who are willing to craft a bond with the natural world, and has been known to go out of her way to protect her own. She is not weak, however, and over the millenia that she has been on Arcanterra, she has assisted in wars that she has deemed a threat to her domain. In the first Arcan War, Flora, along with a multitude of other primordial beings, teamed up with the forces opposing the Shadowkin, the great darkness that posed a threat to all living things. She commanded an army of vines and thorns to lay as traps for the evil creatures that tried to cross through the forests and grasslands of Arcanterra. She played a pivotal role in the Battle of Crossings, where the two major forces clashed on either side of the Budlin River. Flora was able to provide safe crossing over the river using a magic spell that allowed for the giant redwoods to bend enough so that her allies were able to get to the other side without harm. She also called upon the leaves to blow in blankets against the enemy, blinding their sight as the battle commenced, giving her allies a head start in the fight. For her help, she was given the title “Enchanted Dryad of Arcanterra” and an ordinance was sent out that gave her authority to deal
